This project (only the concept sketches here) was a very complex ecosystem of apps geared to remote-controlled transportation, an operator, a remote pilot, and the commercial user needed to be able to communicate and interact.
It’s all conected
But where? creating easy to understand journey maps and flows, makes it easy to measure the effort that a project is going to need, and where are the most critical points in the Journey
